In the treatment of traumatic experiences, she applies the EMDR method* (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
In long-term therapy, she uses an existential approach, focusing on a person's unique experience, relationships, and inner freedom.

EMDR* is a psychotherapy technique designed to reduce the impact of trauma, stress, or anxiety by processing negative memories.
