Lipolysis (Lipotonic)
Lipolysis is one of the procedures used in anti-cellulite and body contour reduction therapy. It is a microcurrent treatment aimed at breaking down fat tissue. During the therapy, the enzyme lipase is activated, and lymphatic circulation is stimulated, thereby accelerating the elimination of metabolic waste products from the body. A light tingling sensation may be felt during the procedure, but lipolysis should not be painful. Depending on the wavelength, frequency, and intensity, there are different types of lipolysis: toning, draining, and shaping.
